Your ears were pierced today. In our culture it is common to pierce a baby's ears at a very early age. Carmen tells us that in her country, El Salvador, the nurses will pierce a newborn's ears in the hospital as soon as she is born. We think that you look adorable with those little pearls on your little ears.
