We made a special trip to California this weekend just to meet baby Nicholas. Your little cousin was born on August 24th in San Jose, California. He is a beautiful, healthy boy! You also got to see the ocean for the very first time. You seemed especially interested in letting the sand run through your fingers. Your curiosity prompts you to explore all of these new things in the world. It's something else to watch your face as you inspect the tiny grains of the sand or as you fix your gaze on a bird flying nearby. You were so impressed by the immensity of the ocean.
